1. Please be aware floors will be slippery while carpet is damp.
2. Please pay special attention when going from damp carpet to any hard surfaces like kitchen or bathroom
3. Please do not wear any outdoor shoes on damp carpet as this will transfer dirt and/or soles may leave marks on carpet only while damp. (we do have plastic shoe booties we leave behind for you to wear while carpet dries)
4. The carpet will usually be dry within 8 hours, with the use of fans for air movement and the appropriate heating or air conditioning.
5. Plastic squares and foam can be removed from under furniture when the carpet is completely dry.
6. Vacuum the carpet after it is completely dry and vacuum regularly.
7. Always treat spots as soon as possible.
8. Have your carpets professionally cleaned every 6 months to 18 months or before they are noticeably dirty.
9. If a spot reappears after drying, this is referred to as wicking. Use our free spot remover or other appropriate spot remover. You can also call us to come back.
10. Please notify us of any suggestions, small or large, so that we can ensure your happiness and future business.
11. When carpets are very dirty, it is sometimes necessary to do a follow-up cleaning within a short period of time to ensure they look their best. Call for special pricing.
12. In a very rare situation some carpets will become very rippled for about a 24 hour period and then lay back down.
