Customer drop-off / pickup discount: 10% discount for customer drop-off only or pickup only each way off rolled-and-ready pricing. 20% discount for both customer drop-off and customer pickup.
Customer drop-off minimum: $40.00 minimum charge for customer drop-off and pickup at our location. No discount on orders $40 or under.

Severe pet odor, heavy urine saturation, flooding to force out urine, delicate viscose rugs, and certain spots or stains may require additional charges or special handling. Colorfastness is tested before cleaning, and delicate rugs are cleaned at the safest practical level based on fiber and dye stability.

Some spots and stains may require special treatment above normal rug cleaning prices. These may include gum, tar, urine, red stains, yellow stains, blood, wax, furniture stains, ink, makeup, nail polish, paint, pet stains, odors, vomit, plant stains, and wine.

Yes. Angelo’s Cleaning cleans Oriental rugs, Persian-style rugs, area rugs, wool rugs, synthetic rugs, runners, and specialty rugs. Each rug is reviewed for fiber type, construction, condition, and dye stability before cleaning.
Do you test rug colors before cleaning?
Yes. For in-shop cleaning, we test rug colors to help determine whether dyes are colorfast and which cleaning method is safest. If a rug has a higher risk of dye bleeding, we adjust the cleaning plan accordingly.
Do you offer pickup and delivery?
Pickup and delivery are available depending on the service option selected. Customer drop-off and pickup discounts may also be available for rugs that are rolled and ready.
Can you treat pet odor in rugs?
Yes. Pet odor treatments are available. Severe odor or heavy urine saturation may require additional treatment, deeper in-shop cleaning, or additional charges. We inspect the rug and explain the safest available options.
Is in-shop rug cleaning better than in-home rug cleaning?
In-shop cleaning is usually better for rugs that need deeper soil removal, odor treatment, fringe cleaning, controlled drying, dye testing, or special handling. In-home cleaning can be a convenient option for some rugs, but it is not the right choice for every rug.
Can you clean delicate or older rugs?
