Why Clean Rugs in Our Shop?
When rugs are cleaned in our shop, we test the colors to make sure they are colorfast and choose the safest cleaning method based on the rug’s age, condition, fiber, and dye stability. Depending on the rug, we may use steam/hot water extraction, dry cleaning, low-moisture encapsulation, or a combination of methods.
In-shop cleaning also allows us to clean both sides as needed, hand clean or scrub fringes, and better address odor, urine, or repair concerns that cannot be handled as thoroughly in the home.

Minimum charge: $150.00 for pickup and/or delivery.
Customer drop-off / pickup discount: 10% discount for customer drop-off only or pickup only each way off rolled-and-ready pricing. 20% discount for both customer drop-off and customer pickup.
Customer drop-off minimum: $40.00 minimum charge for customer drop-off and pickup at our location. No discount on orders $40 or under.

Additional Rug Services
- Area rugs cleaned in home: $2.00 per sq. ft. on the customer’s property
- Pet odor on area rugs: 6 x 9 and smaller: $50 per rug; larger than 6 x 9: $75 per rug; 10 x 13 or larger: $100 per rug
- Sanitize: $0.50 per sq. ft. to kill and/or prevent bacteria, viruses, mold, mildew, etc.
- Binding replacement: $3.00 per linear foot
- Serge tape replacement: $6.00 per linear foot
- Bleaching or scrubbing fringes: $1.00 per linear foot
- Braided rug repair: $1+ per inch for hand-stitching seams closed
- Moth extermination and prevention: $0.60 per sq. ft.
- Paper wrapping rugs: $10 each for 6 x 9 and smaller; $20 each for larger than 6 x 9
- Rug storage: $5 per month for 6 x 9 and smaller; $10 per month for larger than 6 x 9
- Add-on fringes: $7.25 per linear foot
Severe pet odor, heavy urine saturation, flooding to force out urine, and certain spots or stains may require additional charges.
Common Spots and Stains
The following stains may require additional treatment above normal rug cleaning prices: gum, tar, urine, red stains, yellow stains, blood, wax, furniture stains, ink, makeup, nail polish, paint, pet stains, odors, vomit, plant stains, and wine. This is not a complete list; some other spots or stains may also require special treatment.

Can you treat pet odor in rugs?
Yes. Pet odor treatments are available. Severe odor or heavy urine saturation may require additional treatment and additional charges.
