We use specific cleaning procedures and products designed to remove damaging soil and residual contaminants so your floor keeps its natural shine. Following the cleaning procedures, we will apply a penetrating sealer to add continuous protection to your floor. These floors tend to be softer and more porous in nature. Marble, Granite, Onyx & Limestone floors should be polished regularly to maintain the shine and avoid the expense of a major re-honing. We offer different diamond encrusted polishing grit pads to bring out the best look your floor can give.

400 grit removes minor scratches
800 grit removes finer scratches
1500 grit starts to bring a shine
3000 grit gives a mirror like shine
11,000 grit gives it a wet look

Pricing for Natural Stone Floor Services

Thorough Cleaning and Buffing-  $1.00 per Sq Ft

Apply Penetrating Sealer- $1.00 per Sq Ft (not always necessary, can provide a test on your floor to see if sealer is needed)

Polishing (up to 5 step process)- 400 grit, 800 grit, 1500 grit, 3000 grit, 11000 grit – EACH STEP (or grit) is $1.00 per SQ FT (in most cases, cleaning process may be skipped when polishing floor)
