2. Maintenance Steam Cleaning (This means if you don’t pay extra charge, its not getting clean)
3. Free Demo ( if you don’t hire them, then you are left with a clean area that stands out).
$0.20 or $0.30 a Sq Ft – Do the math! This can really add up!
If you have a 15′ X 20′ room, that equals 300 sq. ft which adds up to $90.00
It’s important to note that this is a labor intensive service industry and you can’t run a business successfully charging $9.95 per room.
Often these companies will not even show up for a scheduled appointment.
